How do I do this. I can't figure it out.

Have you uploaded your pictures to flicker yet - then you can create your avatar and also post on this bit here..... there should be some helpful hints, I think on the general thread, you will need to have this site and the picture site open in order to cut and paste the img........ and so forth over.
