Well, Fiona is fitting in just great! How anyone could have thought she was a problem is beyond me.

She isn't quite a lap dog yet, but she will be soon I think. She loves laying on the couch beside us. If we bring her up on our lap she loves the petting, but mostly she likes to sit beside us.

She is doing very well with both our dogs and our other 2 rescues, Honey and Sergio. In fact, almost too well; she trys to initiate play with the others even when they let her know they aren't interested. But I look at that as a good thing.

So far she has had no accidents in the house, not one :D But then it's just a matter of taking her out consistantly. When she first got here, she had the runs, but that cleared up in just a day or two. I assume it was just stress. She is also kennel trained. When it's time for bed, all we have to do is open the door to her crate and she goes right in; that may also have something to do with the treat she gets every night when she goes in her crate.

All in all, she is a really nice dog. She is going to make a great companion for someone.

Wonderful news Bruce. Thank goodness you and Kris took her away from those awful people, they're obviously the ones with the problems

Poor little Fiona, hope she gets a forever home really soon, until then at least she knows she's safe and secure with you two :flwr:
