• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Here goes first proper post.

We are picking up our pup at 12 weeks and are wanting her micro chipped. What age can a dog be micro chipped and what is the likely cost in the UK?
 
They can be chipped at any age though people often wait til the dog is neutered as then the dog won't feel it and it is easily done. Generally around £20-30 in UK I think but am sure UK members will jump in with exact figures! :lol:
 
had both my dogs done early about 3 months,watch the area they put it in and dont touch it,we must have been touching ellie around area.now she as a chip on her side as it moved,any way in doncaster cost around £15 but some councils do a dog trust sceem,and this is just a small money gift .http://www.dogstrust.org.uk go to way we help, campanes ,stop strays
