This is Jake and Shelby taking a little snooze while I work on the computer, Jake cracks me up with the way he's half on the bed...half off. Shelby won't stay there long. As soon as I start making noise she scoots off to go lay on the couch.

Jake telling me I need to take a break...and play with him. And how can I say no to that sweet little face?!

Shelby laying on hubby. Notice her silly little leg propped up on him. This is her preferred way of sleeping. Gotta have her leg up on something.

Sitting pretty under the Christmas tree. Knock on wood...no one has tried to open a present. And no one (um hmmm...Jake) has peed on a present!

Jake peed on a present?!?! Luckily Chester hasn't done that yet. I'm so thankful that he is so well behaved.

I love your babies. They seem like they make your life soooo wonderful and loving and I always enjoy pics of them.

Hugs and kisses on the muzzlepuffs!

Our first Christmas with Jake was quite an adventure. He wouldn't leave the tree alone. He peed on the presents. Luckily we were still crating him when we left the house so I knew the tree was safe from him while we were gone.

My folks were visiting that first Christmas. Mom and I left to go shopping and left granddaddy in charge of Jake. With very clear instructions that he was to crate Jake when he left to go out with friends. We also were very clear that Jake was still a puppy and had to be watched...constantly. So, mom and I got home and I went to let Jake out of his crate (good job granddaddy!) and Jake's mouth of hot pink! :yikes Then I saw the red tree decoration with a note "Jake said he didn't really like this particular decoration...so he decided to chew it up. By the time I realized what he had done the color had already gotten all over his mouth and chest. And the decoration was destroyed. Sorry. But I did remember to crate him". I am so glad we are past those day! :D

That note is just priceless - I would LOVE to see it with the eaten up decoration.. "Sorry but Jake didn't like this one.." LOLOLOL

Sounds like something Kosmo would do!! Either that or eat our house guest's shoes.. icon_whistling

Beautiful pictures of your little ones - Shelby is such a princess and Jake is priceless with laying half on and half off stuff.. how funny! :P

Jake sounds like a lot of fun!

My 2 new girls Molly & Bella got into a bag of Christmas presents yesterday evening that were given to us by an Aunt who was home from England. They chewed the bag the presents were in, the wrapping paper and the presents!

That will teach us to leave presents lying around! We will have to be more tidy in future

Luckily neither of mine has shown any interest in the presents...yet! A girlfriend called the other day. She was looking in the closet for the 3 little snack pack boxes of candy she had bought the kids a while back for Christmas. Could only find 2.....we know her poodle go ahold of one and ate the whole thing. Her dog has a stomach of steel!!!
