I've had this desk chair since junior high but it hadn't gotten much use until recently someone has been using as a place to reach higher places the old vinyl didn't hold up...no names Mr Robbie

So instead of cleaning tonight like I should be doing I decided I would probably need the chair christmas eve when I had friends over so I needed to fix it..
