How quick do they grow

Fudge arrived this weekend and will soon be able to go out following her injections.

I am looking to buy a Puppia but how quick do Cavs grow. Fudge currently measures 9 inches around the neck and the small Puppia is for up to ten inches. I think I would be better buying medium rather than have her grow out of it in a few weeks, any opinions?

My Oakley is nearly 6 months and he weighs 16 pounds now. I went straight for the large! All individual I'm afraid ;)

Fudge is SO cute--I love the smudge on her cheek!

If I were you, I'd go for the medium. They grow so fast. I would guess she could wear the medium in a month or so, though it may be kind of roomy. I got Mia a cheaper harness when she was little and spent a little more later on...
