Watery eyes

My 12 and a half week old puppy has very watery eyes, I am forever wiping them. I phoned the breeder and she says its normal in a Cavalier and it will be bad at the moment because she is teething......
Do some pups suffer more from this than others??? She looks like she is crying all the time :(

My dogs have always had "goopy" eyes. Could be from allergans in the air, could be another cause. Since you are concerned about it, I would by-pass the breeder in this case and next time you take the puppy to the vet ask him/her about it. The dog only has 2 eyes and it's very important to take proper care of them.
