In Charlotte airport there is a store that sells everything for $10.
I found a cute yellow dog raincoat with ladybirds in the lining.
I will take a pic of Maddy wearing it once she recovers from her spay.

You are all correct. She did not want to wear the raincoat.
She likes to be au natural. With a little bling.

Why did they remove her dew claws?!

From what I understand, the dew claws can be an issue eventually.
Because she was already "under" it was recommended to do it then
and there and get it over with rather than having to have a seperate op lately.

my mom is looking into having her JRTs dews removed - she keeps getting them caught and halfway ripping one off - it's physically painful for her and also messy because it keeps tearing and bleeding everywhere :(

Pam, she is so adorable - even if she doesn't like her Mommy's present for her

Sara, we used to have poodles when I was a kid and they were forever ripping their dew claws open :( Maxx had his removed when he was a tiny puppy but Charlie still has his. When he first came to us they were so long that they had curled right round and grown back into each other :yikes It was awful and he was on antibiotics for some time. Now I just keep them really short but if ever I had a pup again then I would definitely get them removed :flwr:
