Who had the pretty painting done of their little cavalier?

A long while ago, someone here or on CC had a very pretty painting done by an artist on the internet...I believe it was a little tri color pup and their were butterflies and flowers in this small painting.
I would love to know the site and have one done of my doggies and my dad right before he passed.
