Pet food safety legislature

I received this today from the American Humane Society and think it is worth a look and a signature. I can't believe that it will take a bill to ensure the safety of our pet's food (and ours), but it appears that is the case.

To me it is upsetting that they support the "California healthy pets" legislation. They seem to be turning toward Animal Rights(which I am against) vs. Animal welfare (which I am for).
