Rescue transport

Barbara Nixon

Well-known member
Jenner, a Dogpages member, who does transport for rescues, is trying to win a pimped van , custom fitted with crates and paintwork, advertising rescues. Dogpagers have voted her up from 50 something, to first in line, but she needs people to keep on voting, to keep her there until Monday.

All you have to do is follow a link and type in the code given and you can vote severeal times and again on subsequent days. None UK people can vote, too.

As the link gives you a different code each time, I don't think a direct link will work, but if you go onto www.dogpages.org.uk and look in the Chatter forum, you will easily find the thread, whose first post gives you your personal link. (Look for the huge thread with Jenner as op).

Jenner says the board has noticed that she is getting multiple votes, so has taken some off her, though she's still top. She asks if people will get others involved, but do only one vote per day per ip address.

It's been suggested that she go to pimped vehicle shows and use the van as a base for fund raising.

You can check her progress by clicking on'view experience', then 'go hit the open road' , then the 'leaderboard' tab above .

Oh wow! How cool is that??!! The power of the people...can't wait to hear more. You know you've got to give us a link to a picture when it's done.
