Darling babies!!! At least they're no longer in the mills and have better chances at good homes!!! I see the same thing doing IG rescu all the time, mills just don't want to be bothered - Which is better for the dogs in the long run anyway!

As a general point, and not referring to any specific rescue:
Just be cautious about rescues offering supposed puppy mill puppies. It is suspicious when rescues offer ONLY puppies and seem to rescue no other dogs of other ages; they are often simply fronts for the mills themselves. It is actually not common for mills to be selling puppies at auction, usually it is older dogs, as anyone can see by the dogs that Lucky Star ends up with-- they almost never have puppies.
Always be sure to carefully vet the rescue itself -- check with the local SPCA to see if they know of the rescue, or check with other legitimate rescue groups in the area.
There are quite a few 'rescues' on Petfinder that have connections to puppy mills and it is just a way for them to make more money than they would selling the puppies to a pet shop.
Any legit rescue will be reassured that a person has checked them out thoroughly.

I tried adopting too...but yea..there are a lot of shady place out there. I filled out so many paper works and no one contacted me. Seems like some of them are just out there to get grants or donations.

Sadly - You're right!!! I am very leary of any purebred rescue that always seems to have plenty of puppies - I've been doing IG rescue for over 2 years now, in those 2 years, I've only had 8 puppies - 2 litters, and 1 single IG puppy that needed expensive surgery and other medical treatment before she'd be able to be placed - and that's actually really high, one litter was from a pregnant bitch I was able to get out of a mill, the other was an owner-surrender of an IG they took in and bred but didn't know what they where doing, so they signed mom and all the puppies over to me to find homes. Mills often dump older dogs, and occasionally they'll dump younger dogs that aren't "good producers", but seldom puppies unless they're getting money out of it - Brokers pay good money for many breeds, so mills don't usually let them go, the bottom line is money for them, and puppies = money if you're not doing things right :(
