Is there a particular brand anyone would recommend for warmth and comfort and practicality?

Sorry, I only can give a german link, but isn’t working for you.

We use this coat

It’s have a bib in front of the belly, so it is warm and dry on the underside

I have just bought an Equafleece suit for my mad cavalier who really behaves like a springer.Has a radar for mud at 2 miles and I am not joking. Rolls jumps in and paddles in every conceivable bit of mud!!

Any way he now comes home clean dry and warm all apart from his paws. I am so impressed I am ordering 3 more for the rest of the gang.

There is a big choice of styles and colours. They even do a daxie coat!

Do not be put off by the price cos they really are worth it.

Good luck

I really like the puppia coats. They are waterproof on the outside, fleece on the inside, and they cover their arms just a little bit so the water doesn't get in and make their whole body wet :)

Rosie looks very cute :)

Here is a picture of the puppia coat: (the style is puppia number 5 ski jacket)

I would post other pictures, but the flickr account is down right now. :( If you are interested in seeing more, let me know please :)

Good luck! :)

OMG they are absolutely adorable!:luv:

I have ordered a little fleecy coat for my new baby (rio) and we are going to try some on my other baby (ashton), they are really just for warmth as Ashton refuses to go out in rain!

Sara,

they are very similar in style to the Coup d'etat Puppia coats I have for my boys - I do have to put the harnesses over them though as Merlin's stick legs manage to fall out otherwise and he ends up walking like hunchback of Notre dame! LOL
