Even though it's snowing today I'm thinking about spring and boating. Does anyone recommend a well made reasonably priced life jacket for doggies? Also what size?

We have one from Paws Aboard and have been very happy with how it fits and the quality. Here is the website: http://www.pawsaboard.com/dog-lifejacket-pet-life-jacket.asp. The model is a Cavalier !!

I was looking at them, they have the poke-a-dot one on ebay. I wish they made a bright green one.

Poor cavy model has no fur.

I bought Lexie the bright yellow one from this site: http://www.hunterk9.com/site/870877/page/397457

I wanted to get one of the cute ones but my DH said if she fell overboard we could see her better in this one.

I bought ours at the local Sailing-Gear-Supplier. I considered buying them online but decided against. As they really have to fit, it´s better to check the sizes "on-dog". I was a pretty good laugh in the shop then - doing a doggies-life-jacket-catwalk-show

The brand of ours is "Baltic" (which by accident is great fun for us - our boats name is "Baltic Girl" :D)

That's funny. The pet boutique I go to carries paws aboard, but not in the winter.
