I have two waterproof coats that granny got the boys for Christmas. Unfortunately they are too small (Oakley fits but his chest is too deep - Merlin is too long)

They are 12 3/4 inches fron neck to the base.
Arms/legs are 7 inches long

probably would be fine for a bitch or dog weighing max 16lbs
