A lot of us really love this book (the best I think of all books on the breed!) so thought people would be interested to know that the Dog Writers Association of America awarded Barbara Garnett-Wilson's The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel In Fact And Fancy Best Breed book.

or order it and its companion volume here:

UK/Ireland/Europe people: We've received a new shipment of Fact and Fancy in the shop, although we still have copies of Tribute in Art as well.

Lisa, maybe make a post to this effect separately if you haven't just to flg that you have it more generally, too! Buying it from this side of the Atlantic makes this a lot more accessible for people over here.

This is a fantastic book --pair of books actually -- and a great and useful present to yourself for anybody who loves cavaliers!

I bought this book about a year ago on the recommendation of my breeder. In fact, some of her beautiful dogs and a cavalier get together at her home are featured! This book has a wealth of information on our precious pups, and looks lovely on a coffee table! The author even signed my copy, as I ordered off of her website.
