MO breeder releasing dogs to rescue

Happy Tails Animal Sanctuary in Columbia, Missouri announced that a Missouri breeder is surrenduring around 14 adult cavalier dogs to their rescue. Wonder why they didn't release to Lucky Star or Cavalier Rescue? Hopefully they will all find good new forever homes soon.
