• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Hi, I've just sent of the change of ownership form to the irish kennel club. Does this form change the ownership on his microchip as well with Animark? Or do I need to find a seperate form to do this?
 
Usually you will have to get in touch the micro-chip database folks as well and notify them of the change of ownership. HTH??
 
When I got Daisy,she was already microchipped.The breeder gave me a form for animark with the microchip details signed by her and her vet so I sent the change of ownership pedigree form to the kennel club and the animark form directly to animark.
I got a phone call a few days later from animark telling me that the kennel club should take care of the microchipping details as well as change of ownership but I'd recommend that you follow up with animark about this.

Thanks for that. I didn't receive any change of ownership form for animark just the animal identification certificate. I've just sent them an email to request one.
