Poor chap had to have his "ice balls" crushed by his daddy.

Merlin wasn't bothered but wasn't in the mood for photies so pulled his tongue out at the camera!

I thought it took lots and lots of snow to get a dog into poor Oakley's state. We only had a light covering.

oh bless them. I've found the easiest way to get the ice balls out of the coat is to blast them with the hairdryer until they loosen.

They are like Christmas ornaments! :eek: I've never had mine in snow but I understand those form pretty easily when they have long hair...

We don't often get enought snow for the balls to form either, but on the odd occasion that it's happened the hairdryer is spot on!
