Who remembers Murphy, the young blenheim boy who Thelly kindly fostered?
Well, Murphy's been to 'rehab' under the care of The Spaniel Trust on the beautiful Island of Mull in Scotland.
Murphy has spent his time on Mull relaxing, playing, running, learning to be groomed, running, playing some more, and doing lots of laying around on the top of sofa's :) :).
Murphy is looking for a special home (because he's a special dog ;)) and would love the following:
* an active home, as he is very energetic and intelligent. He would love agility or
another activity to stimulate his mind and body.
* preferably the company of at least one other dog, or a multi-dog household, as he
loves playing with other dogs
* preferably experienced cav owner
* a home with no young children or visiting young children. A home with older children/
teenagers would be considered, but only if the children were able to give him the
space he likes.
* a home where his new owners will understand about his past and continue to provide
him with gentle reassurance and work with him to help regain his confidence in being
handled
* lastly, but not leastly, Murphy needs a forever home that will be fully committed to
him for life
Photo's to follow, although he can be found on the photo's section of the forum.
Normal rehoming procedures will apply, including a homecheck and vets references.
If you feel you may be able to offer Murphy his forever home, please drop me a pm and we can talk further. :)
