Please read the guidelines as to what is appropriate to post in the Getting Started section. Your post, with content I cannot verify as true, is not appropriate for public discussion for the reasons I note in the board guidelines. For this reason (and others -- I really don't see how it is helpful to rescuing cavaliers or supporting rescue -- the goal is, I thought, to work together to benefit the breed) I have deleted it.

Setting aside everything else, it is also unfair to make anonymous posts on a subject like this.
