• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Don't forget to check out the new social groups function. Anyone can start a social group for people to join -- it can be based on geography, shared interests, etc. Maybe people from a given state or country want to set up a group; or people who do agility or therapy, or people who foster dogs, or are interested in raw feeding or a Puppia Fan Club -- basically it lets people with a particular social interest have a subthread of conversation, post pictures, inform others of events etc.

You can of course crosspost to the main board too for items of general interest or flag an event to people who are not (yet! :lol:) a member of the specific social group.
