Toby is a 1 year old King Charles Spaniel. He has not been neutered but his inoculations and worming are up to date. He is a very friendly boy but also very active and puppy like in his behaviour. He will need to have a home where there is someone around for him all day to continue his training and give him all the love and attention he deserves.

I want Toby! He's the second Black and Tan named Toby that I have been unable to adopt. I just live on the wrong side of the "pond," I guess. I hope this Toby gets a wonderful home.
