Not sure what a Poochie bell is, but when I bell trained Chelsea I went to the local craft store bought a bell similar to what I think of sleigh bells are. Strung on thin ribbon and hung on a removeable hook next to the door. Worked great and probably under 4$. Gave the same type of setup to my neighbor to bell train her dog. Good luck, many people were amazed that you can do this with a dog.:-p
