• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Jen, I wouldn't know about flickr, but have you tried photobucket? They are free, too, and they have feature where you just select the photos you need to use, click "generate HTML or IMAGE code, and then you just copy and paste the code it gives you right into your message body. They give several options to copy, but you just choose the option "IMG images for message boards", and you are done!
Hope this helps.

Flickr are fine.

1. Click on your pic on flickr.

2. Click on "all sizes" (it's in tiny print above your pic).

3. Click on "medium".

4. Your picture will then have two codes under it, you need to copy the second shorter code which says, "Grab the photo's URL:"

5. Get back to your thread on Cavalier talk and click on the icon just above the window where you write that looks like 2 grey mountains with a yellow sky and a grey sun. Get rid of http:// which is in the window (I don't know why that's there!) paste your URL into this space, click OK.

Hope that helps.

Or if you use Firefox once you've got your chosen size, simply right click on the image and select "copy image location" which does the same thing without all the 'http' stuff. Basically, what you copy here needs to end with .jpg - if it doesn't, it'll just either be a normal link or won't work at all.

Pauline, once you have copied the URL, all you have to do is right click in the message body and then click PASTE in the box of options that pops up. No deleting or editing required...just paste straight into the message and you are done!
