• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

If youve read my other posts you will see that my 3 year old cav may suspected hip dysplacia, so ive been doing some digging, and his father is quite famous, he is roydwood replay at cornlands, if you google his name you will find the shows he has won, his breed is peggy rae from cornlands labradors and is a judge at the eastern labradors society. I just wondered if those of you that show have met peggy. ?

Once you get a diagnosis, do inform the breeder in writing. Any good breeder will greatly value knowing the health history of their dogs and will be concerned if there's the possibility of something like hip dysplasia. Knowing such information helps breeders with their breeding programme.

I prefer discussions on specific breeders to be done privately please, by PM.
 
thanks karlin, sorry didnt realise, by all means delete the thread, just looking for some good advise, ill write to the breeder in a few days, esp as i know have the results and he does indeed have cronic hip dysplasia. di
 
The thread is fine, I just don't want detailed discussions of particular breeders so people are very welcome to contact you privately. (y). I have more info on this policy in the Getting Started section. :)
