• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Puppy shedding in patches?

Hello,

My 12-week old black and tan is losing hair in patches, even in places that he can't reach with his mouth. He also has very flaky skn. The vet ruled out mites, and we are feeding him Royal Canin Puppy 33. Other than that, he's a very happy and healthy little boy. :)

Any comments or ideas?

Oh poor little guy! Had the vet checked for mange? Dermatitis? Allergies to fleas?

If your regular vet cannot find the reason, you might want to see a veterinary dermatologist. :flwr:
