Hate to say it, but not even Kongs are safe - a couple of months ago Our Dogs carried a story of a spaniel who got his tongue stuck in one and created a vacuum so that no one could pull the tongue out and it eventually had to be amputated. I just don't leave my dogs unsupervised with any toy or treat - fortunately when left they just switch off and go to sleep!
