Two still looking at many tears

Glad to see that most of the recent Cavvies at Many Tears Rescue in South Wales have now been reserved, but two sad faces seem not yet to have been chosen. Can anyone help - or pass on to someone who might be able to?

10-09-09 MeMe is a 6 year old ex breeding cav. She is sweet, gentle and has no idea where all her friends are and why she is here. It will take her time to adapt and then time again to learn to live in a home, enjoy lead walks and the comfort a home has to offer. She will need another small dog to help her who is trained, gentle and loving so please only apply if you already have a resident dog or dogs.

03-09-09 Krissy is 6 year old and an ex breeding girl. She has dry eye and a heart mumur which is around a grade 3. The dry eye will need treatment but her heart murmur is not bad enough for medication at the moment but this may be needed in the future. Krissy has come in with 3 other ex breeding cavs. They are all very sweet patient and love the company of other cavs as that is what they have known all their lives. They have never lived in a house so are not house trained or lead trained. We find the easiest way for them to learn (and the way that is the least stressful for them) is for them to be adopted to a homes that already have another another kind sweet dog for them to copy. Therefore please do not apply for Krissy unless you already have a dog or dogs who are kind, gentle and who will be her friend.

17-09-09 Lucy has come from a breeder to us so as she can find the perfect home. She has been loved and cared for very well. She has been in a home whenever she whelped and used to go for lead walks, but has become so good that she always sticks to her last owners heel when walking around the fields. She is very good with the other dogs, has met children though is a very timid girl so will need a gentle quiet home with another dog to help her settle. She is 4 years old.

25-09-09 UPDATE
Lucy is reavailable as she has a high grade heart mumur. Although this is high it does not need mediciation at the moment but she will probably need tablets in the future so any adopter will have to bear this in mind when applying for her. She is a very beautiful dog who really who will make a loyal, loving and wonderful pet.

There's also 2 blenheim puppies (8 weeks) Ulrich and Ulysses - both have overshot jaws and both are adorable!

28-09-09 UPDATE
MeMe came to stay with me on Sunday and on the way home if this lady had not been in my arms we would have forgotten she was there. MeMe sleeps in a crate at night with the door open. She is very happy there as this is one of her safe places. For the first three days MeMe stayed behind my large chair (safe place number two). She is so scared of everyone but bits of ham look and smell so good that she will take them from my hand. She is so gentle when she does this but she will not look you in the face.
When I sit on the floor by her with my four dogs and talk to them and her I can hear her tail like a drum on the side of the chair. We still have to lift her of a morning to go outside. As soon as she is out there with the other dogs she goes to the toilet right away and her tail never stops waging. MeMe will go in and out to the garden all day (if no one is in her way). This little lady has been clean since she got here. She is just very very scared but we are working on this and hope she will trust us soon. I will put a photo on here just as soon as I can get her to trust me near her with the camera.

Ulric is a very gentle puppy. We would prefer a home where there is already at least one cav in the household who will help build his confidence.

30-09-09 Megan is a lovely ex breeding cav bitch. She has met us with kisses and a very waggy tail. She has the sweetest disposition and loves other dogs. She would love to be a special girl for someone and would love to have the company of another dog to help her settle so please only apply if you already have a friendly and kind dog to help her.

Can anyone on this Board help Megan or the others, or at least pass the word on to friends or family who might be looking?
