All four of your dogs are just beautiful. :) Daisy has the face of a little puppy- just innocent and precious.
The sunset pictures are amazing- what a wonderful place to go walk the dogs. I am jealous. lol

Great photos Brian.
My husband was looking over my shoulder and has just fallen for Miss Loranka with the little imp's face.We normally only see that kind of reaction from him when he sees a formula 1 car, so she must be really lovely.

Hi sins

If he likes his women feisty ,bossy ,arrogant ,narky, fussy and eats like a pig on a truffle hunt and snores lie a trombone, but full of character , and can charm you round her little paw then little Miss Daisy Loranka or "Lorankas Dawns Delight " then she is for him .
P S .My wife thinks she was named (in agreement with her breeder L Hughes ) after her but actually there used to be a racehorse called Dawns Delight that often won me a couple of quid but of course I didnt tell Dawn that . :)

Hi linderbelle

The camera is a Nikon D300 and with them shots it was mostly a 50mm f1.4 lense and with the inside shots a nikon Speedlight SB-900 and believe me I am hopeless at photography but with the good kit it more than makes up for it. :)

They are all great shots Brian both the puppies and Nature :-) Thanks for sharing. BTW one of my girls has some Loranka's line in her too- I think it is Loranka's Fascination with Burleeds.

Hi linderbelle

Same as me cos I havent a clue its the camera that does the magic ,if you are thinking about a lense and if you havent got one look at a 50 mm prime 1.8f .Its a fixed length so not a zoom so you move yourself instead of zooming in or out and that lense is cheap for what it does and its probaly the most popular and best value for what pics it produces in the Nikon range .I only have 1 big zoom but my main lenses I use are all fixed lengh 35mm,50mm and a 85mm and a little macro lense for close ups ,but the quality from a compact to a DSLR like your D 60 is an amazing jump, and apart from the girls its my biggest outlet for cash ,as well as Dawn and Luke and Luke of course.

I have 4 lenses and I'll post for you later as I'm really clueless here. I need to take a photography class or something to learn more about lenses. Any suggestions would be appreciated on that one. I looked at the one you were talking about and it is cheap. Your camera is alot better than mine is as you know. Yours is on the high end with mine way down that ladder lol..

Hi linderbelle

It may be a weeny bit better but I need all the help I can get.:) As you probaly know you can get most prime lense with a different f stop value ie f1.8 and a f1.4 but the lower f stop equates to a cost factor of 3 ,have a look at this page its explained a lot better than me.:)
