Well i agree.They are useless.I had a customer come up and tell me her neighbours dog went under the fence and killed a cat,this cat app. had been tormenting the dog by walking along the fence,the dog wouldnt come back under as it knew what was coming.
 
Yes Brian delighted with that news and not before time.

I hope it is soon banned UK wide along with the other instrument of torture known as the "prong" collar. Why anyone would need to use an "e" or prong on any breed let alone a cavalier is way beyond reasonable thinking. :mad:
