Pete the Vet has this blogpost up on the Daily Telegraph site (http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/peterwedderburn/100031551/fat-and-bald-ask-the-vet-why/). Note that the picture is of the patient -- a cavalier. So if you have a fat dog or personality change in the dog and the diet doesn't seem to work at all it's a good idea to check for possible medical reasons.
