Hi
It has been announced that the genes responsible for E.F. have now been identified and Breeders we dearly hope should shortly be able to devise a test ,possibly something like a simple mouth swab to identify carriers. May I issue a BIG thank you to Barbara Reese "Tambro " Club President of South and West Wales Cavalier Club (proud to be a member ) for her tireless hardwork over many years in helping to identify this gene ,and always being there at the end of a phone to help guide me with any problems of mine ,I do so wish there more like her, a true lady and devoted Cavalier lover .
