• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

Sorry to hear that he's developed MVD.

Always a worrying time, Aileen, but, as you know, they can live for many happy years without too many problems once you have the diagnosis and know how to care for them with that little bit of extra TLC.

Hi Aileen,

I have a 9 year old dog scooby with late stage MVD he has been on medication for over a year . Iam glad that barney doesnot need treatment at this stage and even when things change if you get the right medication balance they can live a full happy life..
