• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). Ella is a little late for this but I have read some things this past year that I wish I would have done even though I know some are just more prone even with limiting activity.

A friend went ahead and had surgery without cranioplasty (is that swine tissue and titanium mesh) whatever its called that reduces formation of scar tissue last week. I can't remember but I want to say alternative therapy like ultrasonic might help? Just things like that. I asked neurologist if acupuncture would aid in healing process too just a minute ago.

I didn't know if any others had suggestions.
