Hyperdrug, the UK on-line pharmacy and pet supplies, is having a sale. I've just ordered some steps, so that Oliver - who is getting wobbly on his back legs - can continue to get onto the settee for a cuddle; they are £16.99. There are also Thundershirts (close-fitting jackets that calm stressed dogs - I've heard good reports of them for fireworks) at £27.99. Also lots of jackets and other things. So worth googling 'Hyperdrug' and having a look.

The dog steps look excellent thanks Kate :) these start at £19.99 on E-bay! I think they are the foam ones so very lightweight and I wouldn't think they would be good for bigger, heavier dogs but shoudl be fine for Cavaliers :)

They also have these in several colours £9.50 - Stormguard Dog Coat they are really good as they are not too warm but keep their chest warm - and clean!!!

I have these steps - they are just right for Cavaliers- got mine last year for Ruby but Charlie uses them the most- the cover is washable and they are just the right height for the sofa!

Really worth the money- I think I only paid £14.99 in a sale last year!

Thanks for the heads up! This is a REALLY nice company -- their physical shop is in Yorkshire near the farm where the dogs and we humans go on holiday!
