In the past year, on 3 separate occasions (last one occurring this morning) my 3.5 year old cavvie has made a sound best described as somewhat similar to a donkey baying. When this happens, she stands erect and makes the deep throaty sounds for 5-10 seconds. Afterwards, she simply resumes her activity and does not appear to be in respiratory distress at anytime. Prior to these events she was not engaged in any rigorous activity, nor just eaten. In fact, she was either walking with me or simply on leash standing in our front yard. I have checked a few cavvie reference books and found no mention of this. I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks.
