02/26/2009 Examination revealed patellar luxation both knees - left is grade 3, right is grade 2; no signs of arthritis. Will have her examined by orthopedic surgeon next.

02/13/2009 Cardiologist visit - grade 1/6 murmur with a mild soft mitral valve click; return visit not needed unless her murmur gets louder.
02/26/2009 Dental cleaning & xrays - teeth & gums look great; 3 extractions were necessary.

01/31/2008 Lepto vaccination; our vet will do titers for DHPP in Jan. 2010 rather than vaccinate.
02/13/2008 Cardiologist visit - grade 4/6 murmur, x-rays show moderate heart enlargement, no evidence of congestive heart failure. Return in 6 months for reevaluation.
