Thanks for this fantastic job of documenting your and the dogs' experience -- it will be so valuable to others!
Wonderful. I have loved reading these updates and they will be so great to have in the anal glad file!
Thanks again and best of luck in the future with your beautiful doggies x
Thank you so much for your kind messages. They are fine now, and the last post is coming up soon.
Thanks for letting us know how it all went, so glad that they are recovering so well. I'm sure this is not just down to your vet, who seems excellent but also to your time, care and dedication you gave to them during the last 10 days Looking forward to hearing how they are doing...
I'm so glad to see Molly and Eowyn playing so happily! You have all done so well and must be glad that things can get back to normal again. Thanks for keeping us up to date.
Thanks, Christine. Well, I couldn't have handled it with two dogs if I hadn't taken time off from work. Just this morning it took 45 minutes to do the morning routine; before their surgery it took 10 minutes. On the other hand I wouldn't have chosen to split them, i.e. getting one dog operated first, then wait a while with the other. It's easier to handle, when they are both tired and recovering. It's also nice to see that healing is progressing now.
Gosh, things seem to be going well now, I'm so pleased the girls have coped with everything. Well done to you both too as it isn't an easy thing to handle with one dog never mind two! They are really beautiful too! Christine

Thanks a lot, pippa.
Great to see such improvement, your doggies are beautiful...
Thank you very much
It is really interesting reading your daily blog...I wish both of them a good recovery and best wishes to you.
Thanks, yes, I do have a very good vet. There are three vets there, and all of them handle the dogs really well. It was great to get them home. There was so QUIET last night! No Molly to bark at the horses on TV, and no Éowyn to jump up and down with joy
Bet you can't wait to get them home with you, looks like you have a great vet
Thank you both of you. Both Molly and Éowyn are fine, but Molly had some other health issues, too: teeth and red blood cells. I will set the next post up in a few minutes.
Fingers crossed all will go well for them xx
I will be thinking of you during this surgery!!! It is normal to be nervous, just stay strong and know they will be in good hands. Keep us updated!
