Ok, decided to start a blog on this great new forum I have found if you'll permit me.

I live one road back from Swansea beach, and the beach is myself and tess's favourite place to run. However, as of the 1st May, dogs are no longer allowed on the beach until September 1st. Yesterday, because the weather was not very nice, I saw loads of dog walkers on the beach thinking that because the weather was not nice, the restrictions did not apply.
