Chiapet

I noticed my pup Toodles licking excessively. I called the vet and when I brought her in, I was told she had an infected anal gland. She was put on antibiotics and the gland was flushed. She has gone back for a recheck but the vet wants another visit in two weeks.

Has anyone else had trouble like this? The vet said it could be a sign of food allergies. She has had the same dog food for a year. It is grain/gluten free.
