12/02/2008 Heartworm test negative
12/30/2008 Dental cleaning & xrays - teeth & gums look great
12/30/2008 Blood panel - everything within normal ranges
01/31/2008 Lepto vaccination; our vet will do titers for DHPP in Jan. 2010 rather than vaccinate.
02/13/2008 Cardiologist visit - grade 4/6 murmur, x-rays show moderate heart enlargement, no evidence of congestive heart failure. Return in 6 months for reevaluation.
