Great for people new to Kongs and useful even for the experienced -- some good suggestions for Kong stuffings at the end and the technique explanations are very helpful. Kongs feature prominently as a busy toy/feeder/'home alone' calming toy for many great trainers so if you don't use one -- here's how to start! (especially if you have a dog that 'doesn't get kongs' or a new puppy).

Remember that you need to SUBTRACT what you feed rom your dog's daily rations. Hence many trainers advise giving the dog its meals in a kong -- and also you can use local items like pureed carrot or mashed banana and freeze them into the kong (studded with its of kibble/biscuit/cheese etc).
