Neem bark dog chews?

Just saw on one of the other threads that someone feeds these (I think it may have been Tania). Can anyone recommend them? Kizzy has just had to have a dental (her teeth were a state when we got her and brushing didn't get rid of it), so we're looking for anything that will help to keep her teeth pearly white!
