I was on the website and I fell in love with these cavalier twins. Of course with ella and everything, I can't take them. If anyone is involved in this rescue organization, I live in charlotte and the animal control does not have a contact for cavaliers. How does that work b/c I would hate to see something happen.

Then click on "contact us" on the top right hand side of the page. You will see different regions of the country with representatives from various states in that region. You can click on a state or regional rep and send them the information.
You might also want to send the information to Lucky Star Cavalier Rescue.
They are listed on that site but I will contact to see if there is anything I can do.
