How to add profile picture?

How in the world do you add a picture that will be seen when I post a message?

hi
set up a flicker account
double click on your photo
right click on photo then selector size medium 500
right click on photo and clk copy
then open post a new thread on cavalier talk and right clk clk paste and your photo should come up
good luck but i have been there and it took me a long time but this way worked for me

A Flicker acct? There should be an easier way than that.

I figured it out once, then never changed it.

I used Flickr too, but I don't remember any other details. Any photo hosting site should work.
