FurCode Tags?
Has anyone heard of these?
They are here and are currently 60% off
https://www.furcode.com/
I saw them on a facebook group about lost dogs, when we were discussing what to put on dog tags.
I thought they were a good idea, i may look into getting one.
Kokoda is always wearing a collar and has some small ID tags.
They say microchipped, my number, an alternate number, all vet bills paid, and his council ID number.
I was going to put neutered on there too but ran out of space and din't want a whole other tag that just has that.
I don't have his name on his tag, do you think i should?
So i was thinking these tags could be a good idea.
I will let you know if i decide to get one.
Sorry if this is in the wrong place!

These look so cool! Thanks.
And shop-a-holics is definitely the right place to post this.

I know some people who have these including trainers at Dog Training Ireland, for their own dogs. :) I think I will order them!
I put my dogs' names on their tags -- I honestly have never understood the logic behind not putting names on tags. It is easy to get a dog to come to you without knowing a name, especially a cavalier. Most dogs quickly learn an alternative 'name' anyway -- a word they only understand as the onw that means 'hey you!" specifically to them. :)
I get lightweight plastic 2-sided tags and do put that they are neutered and chipped on one side then the ID info on the other. For my dogs needing meds or the deaf ones, I have a separate tag that states this.
