neads some help

can anyone help me i have to delet some of my inbox because it is nearly full

Hi,
If you go to your inbox, on the right side, next to your message is a light grey box. Click the grey box for all the messages you want to delete.
At the botton there is a drop down menu that says "selected messages". Click that, then click in the circle next to the word "delete."
At the bottom of that is a word "proceed". Click that.
That should do it.
