Your little Peaches is so beautiful and yes she does look like a little girl. if ever you get fed up of her send her to me I have a thing about Tri's 8)
I agree about Teddy Edward he definitely looks like a boy. my youngest saw his pic on the doggy pages last night and thought he was delicious :)

Bless her we love her to bits, but she is a bit of a nightmare. She has hip dysplasia; luxating patellas {she had surgery for one earlier this year, and may need the other doing too; bascially her back end is a disaster :cry: }; MVD {which is slowly progressing} and dry eye. In addition to her physical problems, she has some big behavioural issues - she's terrified of other dogs, and launches herself at them barking, to make them go away - she's never bitten, and I know she wouldn't, she just looks and sounds pretty scary.
She has been to a trainer, and was doing brilliantly, until some stupid women let their large Labrador and Jack Russell bounce all over her when she was on the lead on the beach. Hubby had to forcefully remove the JRT. Peaches was terrified, and has never been the same since. Although she did make friends with my sister's small Lab, and the two of them went off hunting and quartering together!!
She has some doggie friends locally, and is usually ok with Cavaliers, as she's always lived with them.
She was bred by a friend of mine; sold as a pup and returned at 8 months, hadn't been socialised and then lived with 12 others until she was given to us as a Wedding Present at the age of almost 3. I had known her for some time, and always loved her {at that point her health problems weren't known}.
TedBear has been with us almost 2 months, he's a retired show dog and will be 2 in September. He's an absolute love, a real cuddle monster, and is settling well.
Ugh JRT's I am sorry if anyone on here has one but I detest the beasts. I had a gorgeous GSD who we sadly had to PTS at 5 yrs old. She was a wonderful girl in every respect and very protective of both myself and the kids. I was pregnant with my youngest (he's now 14) and was walking her on a lead round the local dog field. Suddenly 3 JRT's came hurtling at her and attacked her :cry: I was doing everything I could to get them away from her and all she was interested in was standing in front of me to protect me. She had all her tail ripped open by the satanic little beasts.
We've also had a few run ins with JRT's on walks with maxx too - they just seem to want to attack anything that moves :cry:
I just crack up at Peaches!! She has such attitude (and I mean that in the most wonderful way!) She seems to be say "look if you must". Her markings are just beautiful.
ERRRRR... Jack Russells!! Can't stand 'em. Jake's first run in with a dog at the dog park was with two of them, Hansel and Gretel. Awful, hateful little things. The owner kept insisting it was my fault and telling me to put my dog down. He** no!!! Jake was about 8 pounds at the time and these two were all over him. She has not been seen at the park for ages, probably since the last time she showed up drunk :shock: !!
If I see a cavalier in the street, I can normally always tell if they're male or female...
Bailey is the first male cavalier i've ever had and even though he looks quite girly in pictures, if you see him up close you can definately tell hes a boy (that is without looking underneath him...lol)
Girls seem to have prettier faces.... guess its just like humans really ;o)
