Decided to do some baking yesterday ( a rare occasion :lol: ) and made these for my doggies. They went down a treat and Elliot just loved them. Here is the recipe:
Peanut butter 'n honey doggie cookies:
3 Tblsps peanut butter
3 Tblsps honey
1 and 1/2 cups chicken broth /water
1 egg
2 cups wholemeal flour
1 cup oats
Blend wet ingredients together. Whisk dry ingredients together and mix into wet mixture to form a ball of dough. Roll out and shape. Put onto a non-stick cookie tray or lightly greased one.
Cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. Switch off oven and allow the biscuits to cool in the oven overnight. This makes them even crunchier!!
